I came in earlier than my appt time and was greeted by this sweet young lady Rebecca. She was kind and answered all the questions I had. The exam was quick and informative. Rebecca even helped me pick a pair of frames that I absolutely love! Such a great location and amazing staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Tech was rude the entire time. tried to up charge me on several items. wouldn’t let me know if they had my lenses in stock until i paid even though she knew my prescription already. tried to overcharge me by $99 and couldn’t tell me where that 99 came from argued with me about it until she agreed that the total matched the total on screen. will never return after my glasses come in, id rather drive to longview again where the customer service was amazing.

When I got there, customer representatives were very unenthusiastic about their jobs and when i said I wanted to do that promo-eye exam and two pairs of glasses for 79 she said that I may or may not “qualify” for it based off the ARK machine. So, she did it, struggled a bit with the computer, walked away and left all of their passwords out, brought back the other woman working and then said because I have an astigmatism in my right eye I don’t qualify for that promotion. lol. What?? So I decided to not proceed with the appointment and just took my business elsewhere. When I went to Americas Best (like I should have just done to begin with) and they did their job correctly and were very, very pleasant to work with, she said it’s very mild so idk what these people were trying to do but I would definitely not recommend going here. Take your business to places that actually deserve it.
