- DNdee noneya6 days ago2.0The good the bad and the ugly… I honestly am trying to rack my brain to find something good to say…Now onto the BAD and the UGLY: First of all, this is one of those places that does not have an on-site doctor. It is all done through TeleMed. I’m not entirely opposed to the idea, but it would’ve been nice to have been told that when I made my appointment. They didn’t even send me pre-screening forms, which would have disclosed important information. As a result, I wasted an entire afternoon. When I got there, the young lady disclosed the TeleMed examination criteria. I literally had to pull information out of her to get the entire picture of how these exams work. I highly recommend when booking your appointment that you get a thorough explanation of how TeleMed works and how much information you will receive LIVE. She told me I would not be able to speak with anyone although I would receive my prescription for glasses and contacts at that visit. I explained that I had floaters in my eyes and she informed me that their type of examination would not work to potentially reveal the problem nor would they be able to proceed with the eye exam. So total waste. This could all have been avoided had the initial intake customer service representative asked me screening questions.

- ACAmanda CarpenterDec 31, 20251.0Stephanie and Rebecca both are very amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door, with welcome. They both helped me pick out my glasses and are very friendly. When it came to the pricing of the glasses and sunglasses, Rebecca NEVER told me a price at all. I did the loan thru acima to get my glasses. I got the bogo sale buy one get one free on the glasses. So I bought the glasses and got the sunglasses for free. It should have been around 433.00 and some change. No that was not the case. It ended up almost being 1,000.00 for both pair. No remind you I was never given a price at all on either set of eye wear. I already knew what I wanted when I walked thru the door. Got told that would not look good on my face and Rebecca and Stephanie both never offered to show me a pair. I glasses I got now do not have everything on them like they should have at all. The sunglasses have not came in yet, so I dont know about them. I also gave Rebecca a 100.00 down IN CASH and she sat it aside and it NEVER went to the cash register, so im pretty sure she split the money with the other ladies in the office. Im very unhappy with the all round service that I received. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN GOING THERE!!
