  Absolutely do not recommend. An order was placed on Jan 17th for Remicade. I have been given every excuse as to why I have not been given an appointment. Called today after 5pm and told I needed to have a HepB lab before I can come in after being told if labs were needed they would draw when I came in for infusion. My insurance is not the issue the ordering dr is not the issue. I was even told my record was set to start. I guess going on 5 weeks now without a treatment and in severe pain in no concern of theirs. I chose to change to a closer location rather than drive to Dallas HUGE MUSTAKE! THE STAFF ON SIGHT IS PROBABLY WONDERFUL BUT THE BACKOFFICE IS LACKING.

  The nurses at Medix are so helpful and so sweet! They always make you feel so comfortable and help ease your nerves. Especially when its a new treatment!

  Beautiful facility, private room, and snacks!! Very friendly staff and well educated about the medications they are giving. Highly recommend!!

  Medix infusion center is the place to go. I have been to several centers in the area but none are as good as this one. Taryn, Amanda and Christina are very professional and make you feel comfortable with your treatment. They truly care about all of their patients.

  The ladies at this center are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They make the treatments a positive experience, and relieve the stress of the situation at hand. You can tell they care not only about their duties, but the people that walk through the door. I would 100% recommend these ladies, and this center to anyone in need of their services. Thank you ladies!
