- KCKarey ClarkJan 31, 20251.0I have been trying since October of 2024 to get in here for my Reclast, and since early January 2025 for my Inflectra. My physician has reached out multiple times, I've reached out multiple times, and I keep being told someone will look into what's going on and call me back. Guess what? No one has called back. I chose the Waxahachie location because it is the only infusion center that I've found near me. I'm angry at the lack of response, as is my physician. I'm in severe pain, and this keeps dragging it out. I can't comment on their infusion staff because I'VE YET TO MEET THEM. One person will tell me the medication has been authorized, another will say they see no authorization, another will tell me to call them back and they'll fix it only to not get an answer when I call back. What is going on with your company?!?!
