- BLBrook Landes6 days ago4.0They outsource their phone calls but the employees are nice and helpful. Got my free eye exam done. Paid for my 2 pair of new glasses for $79 total. Picked up my glasses 7 days later. Only 4 stars instead if 5 because the hassle with the phone and because they said they would call me when my glasses were ready- but I had to call them instead.
- TGTasha GarciaDec 23, 20251.0I regret sending my husband here, horrible service glasses were wrong for over a week, we tried to tell them that he could not see but they kept saying his Visions change his Visions change, go back in today do a new eye exam only for us to prove them wrong. Now they want to charge us an extra $208 on top of what he's already paid. Will never recommend or shop there again.

There is no free eye exam...... still had to pay $80. Clarify any concerns? It is Blatant False advertising and overpriced glasses!!
- SSshannon stoneNov 30, 20251.0**update** when we placed the order we were told 1 week until they delivered the glasses e we ordered as part of the Black Friday deal…checked the status today and it says delivery in 2 weeks. Another strike against the practice. Had an appt. Was there over 2 hours waiting! They were taking walkins before me with an appt. Tim advantage of the Black Friday special and picked frames that were $59 but they charged me $79 said they weren’t really blue and there were none that are actually $59 even though the tag on the glasses are blue. Tried to charge me for more than I wanted. Watch your total!!! They did some test to see if I B would get eye disease and then said I wouldn’t get results for several weeks although they said the test was fine. - no concerns. They had to repeat tests for some reason. Said I had dry eye but it wasn’t bad so don’t worry. Dr report said I needed drops?!?! Person doing the exam didn’t seem competent … This is virtual and he kept showing me 2 blurred images and asked which one was better. I said neither and he said pick one. I’m afraid when I get my new glasses they aren’t going to be good! I updated in a couple of weeks when I get them. Everything was rushed but we had to be there over 2 hours. Would not recommend this place.
