My husband specified cold sensitivity so she put a cold spray on the tooth to test making my husband's pain even worse than before, then said theres nothing to do today but schedule another appointment every 3 months for different parts of care plan.....wanting to charge $4500 per tooth.....no ok at all!

They send your wax impressions to China and schedule next appointment 3 weeks from then. China kept getting mine wrong. I'm still not 100% satisfied, but accepted them this time.

I have called more than 15 times in a 2 hour period and never got them to answer the phone. The last time I need to make an appointment I had to drive to the office and make the appointment in person. Now with that said I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. I explained that that I had extreme anxiety about going to the Dentist after a bad experience when I was younger. The service I have received here has help over come that completely. They way always work around my very busy schedule and been very understanding. When I went in for my first exam and we set up my treatment plan they told me I would need a root canal. One the day of the procedure they started like planned and about 15 minutes in they informed me that damage to the tooth was not near as bad as they believe and moved right in to doing the build up for a bridge. The Dentist worked on me for over 4 hours to prevent me from having to take another day off. So with all that said I guess driving up to make an appointment isn't the end of the world.
