She was also very Helpful With any questions that I had. Haley was very helpful with The choosing of my glasses. Also, with explaining each item price and explain explaining the process of payment. She also was helpful when my daughter was getting impatient asking when we were gonna leave lol Highly recommend this place they have a great selection of Glasses and the customer service is given with excellence

I usually go to the Corpus Christi location and love their friendly staff, but they couldn’t do same-day service this time. This location went above and beyond and truly saved my day! 👓🙌

- SHSherri HarveySep 24, 20254.0The actual visit was positive, Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the length of time it takes for the glasses to come in. It took around 2 weeks for my regular glasses to come in, but I am still waiting on my sun glasses. It's been well over 2 weeks. I was told it was a UPS issue, then when I called back today they stated the glasses are shipped out of China (?!) so I wasn't too thrilled about that. They are still not set to arrive for another few days, hopefully. UPDATE: Another week and a half NO glasses yet! They say possibly one more week! Ridiculous!

When we arrived they said they don't have an eye doctor on site Why the hell doesn't the person on the phone making the appointments know which locations have an eye doctor on site. Ridiculous...wasted time & gas for nothing I will never recommend this place. May be a good place to get glasses but we will never know
