  First of all my husband went in for the $79 deal did not get two pairs of glasses glasses then did not get filled that day it was two and a half weeks later before he got glasses he paid for two pairs got one pair that took two and a half weeks so they're advertisement is bogus there's always something wrong with why you can't get their advertisement deal second of all one two years later I go to refill his prescription they tell me it'll be there within 10 days now on the phone they're still not there after 10 days it might be another 4 days there's a problem they have to email their tech to find out what it is oh my God this is the worst eyeglass place I've ever encountered in my life

  I have never used this place. Decided to check them out. Very professional. Went to schedule the exam. Said could see me in about 30min. Exams were very easy. All the staff was very friendly helped pick out the frames. Angelica was the best. Very friendly professional and makes you feel comfortable and can relax. The other eye dr I have been too always make me feel tense. I also like it because it is women employees

  I wouldn't go to Stanton eye care if I was blind and they had the only glasses in town that would fix my eyes. But I know they can't do that because they gave my wife an exam and then we waited 2 wks for. First they said same Day possibly then 3 to 5 days and then a week and then it ended up being two weeks and when my wife got her glasses they were so off on the prescription that she could not wear them she got dizzy felt nauseous had headaches and has to start wearing her other glasses that she had prior to going in there. We're going to go back and we're going to talk to them and ask for a complete refund then I'll have to go to the next level and maybe file a lawsuit because they are a joke. They upsell you to death when you asked for an 89 exam and two pair of glasses deal. The name of the game there is upsell and then don't give you any kind of product that you want to use so I'll fill you in at a later date and time after my meeting with them.

  So I purchased glasses from your establishment in March of this year, and paid the extra for all the extra scratch resistance, blue light, etc. First off you advertise same day, but these had to be made remotely… Not a big deal! However I scratched my glasses and returned to your establishment today about 4:00 and asked, how do I go about getting a scratch repaired? The response I got was, we don’t do scratch repairs. She then said Walmart does scratch repairs. I then said, what am I supposed to do, buy a new pair of glasses? She then replied, you can! I mean, she didn’t even offer to look at pricing to replace my one lens 🤔 I’m so confused! You would send me to Walmart, but you wouldn’t try to assist me? This is the last business I will be doing with your establishment!…. I would like to say that within 24 hours of posting this review I received a call from Amy the store manager who I was very impressed with! She informed me that I have a warranty and my lenses will be replaced. She let me know she would provide additional education to the staff so that other customers will have a better experience with a very sincere apology! I appreciate your service recovery and will reconsider my stance on future purchases! Way to be a leader Amy!
