Chose Planned Parenthood because I support them politically, and because at check-in they ran my insurance and assured me that everything was covered as long as I paid a $20 co-pay. However, despite me repeatedly telling them to only contact me by phone or email, they started sending letters and confidential test results to my parents address! Which led to plenty of awkward conversations. Not only that, I received (or my parents received) a $200 bill in the mail, which they claimed they could do nothing about. Definitely would not go to Planned Parenthood again; next time I'll just choose a regular urgent care or another clinic.
