I mentioned this to the doctor as well, the frustration of if I was 15 mins late, my appointment would have been cancelled, but having to wait an hour and 30 mins to be seen, that’s just fine I guess

I was left in my room after the end of the physical for over an hour because the physician didn't tell me to go to the front for them to print off my medical card. I actually found out I needed to go to front desk because another technician was trying to bring another patient to my room because she thought it was empty. By far worst experience I have ever had with a walk-in DOT physical since I acquired my CDL class A(6years) but everyone can always get better so hopefully they read this review and get it together
- DGDavid GuinnOct 20, 20251.0Horrible place for any DOT facility. Filed a false report of my height even after me bringing it up. Tried to force me to use one of their facilities to take a sleep study because of it. Dr bypassed DISA requirements by subverting the medical review officer. Will never go back and have told numerous DOT coordinators that I have worked with throughout the years to cancel any contracts with this place. They try and use their policies to subvert DOT and DISA requirements.
