He told me he'd pass me before he left the room and then came back and denied me the pass. He gave me a 3 month extension when he could of gave me a year. Was not happy how he spoke to me and treated me.

The front desk lady wasn’t friendly and never once looked at me and the nurse I had was not friendly and complained about a headache. Need more friendly people and not act like they hate their job. Only person who was nice was the doctor. Only deserves 1 star
