Showed my BP really high and they accepted the reading. Let Dr. Know and said reading was still entered. My name was forged on a legal federal document and nothing done about it after letting them know I didnt sign it. Was given a 3 month bc "I needed a sleep study." Which is false as well per the guidelines for needing such test. Will be seeking 2nd opinion as well as letting FMCSA know what went down when questioned as to why I had 2nd physical performed.
