I'm not blaming the girls in the office, they did great ( except staying in touch wirh me) I had my eye exam done on December 12 as well as picked out my frames. They told me that they would be able for pick up on the 26th. I called on the 31st and was told they don't know what happen. My glasses aren't done, not sure when they would be done. Not sure the lab has the lens to cut. A review was filed to find out what happened. This is ridiculous. They already have my money and insurance money. I have to wait longer for them to figure it out. Yes I called the 800 number and still no results. I will not use this company again.

Jessica, who was in training, completed my intake exam and she was absolutely wonderful—patient, gentle, and took the time to explain each step clearly. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. Jessi, the store manager, also went above and beyond by helping me get set up and even found trial contacts for me in-store, which I really appreciated. Both of them were amazing, and I wish I could remember everyone’s names because the entire team was fantastic. The store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. The exam room was spotless as well. This was my first time doing a video conference eye exam with the doctor, and I loved how easy and convenient it was. Overall, my appointment was a breeze thanks to the staff’s professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this location!
