I’m from Dallas and I had to get my prescription transferred and I didn’t come fully prepared but Jayla Pettigrew took such good care of me and made the process so stress free! OMG she’s also so good at helping customers pick out frames! Felt like I had a personal guide! I DONT KNOW WHO I NEED TO TALK TO BUT SHE NEEDS A RAISE ASAP! If you go don’t get help from anyone but her! She’s amazing!!!

I signed up for the plan they told me. I come again but the same lady is not there. The manager verifies my benefits but doesn’t tell me I have an out of pocket or that my insurance isn’t in network. They do not have a doctor on site so you will be paying outrageous without even seeing a doctor and they prescribe the most expensive prescriptions that they can. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE UNTIL THEY TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOUR OUT OF POCKET IS. Or they will try to rack up your bill as much as they can then tell you after they are done how much it is. It’s so hard to find an honest practice, I can’t even say Doctor because you can’t see a doctor at this clinic
