    Dr. Cindy Tu is professional, experienced and detail-oriented. Her office is bright, clean and organized. Laura in the front office has worked there for over 10 years. Abby and Krystal are very helpful. They answered all my questions patiently and clearly.

    Dr. Tu has been my Therapeutic Optometrist for over 20 years. She and her staff are absolutely amazing!!

    I've been seeing Dr. Tu since way back when she worked at Targets optical. I live in Houston but still come out of my way for my exam. Good selection of frames, though on the pricey side. My biggest complaint is the optician doesn't spend time making sure you have a good fit once your frames come in. If you don't say something, they'll send you on your way. Last time, I didn't realize my frames were too right until after I left. This time, I left for home and then realized they're crooked. Also, they're not open Saturdays. Please at least spend more time fitting the frames after they come in. I'll be taking them to someplace much closer to my house to get them adjusted.

    Dr. Tu is very professional, as is the staff. Making an appointment was very easy and flexible and they even called to offer me an earlier appointment so I didn't have to drive in bad weather. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office from the moment I left. Will definitely be returning!

    The doctor is super sweet and helpful. She is by far the best optometrist in sugarland. The staff is super friendly and their glasses are quality. While I was there a man came in and the lady behind the desk adjusted his glasses for free and he wasn't even a customer! It isn't every day you find companies that pay this much attention to customer service.
