  paid $192 for a “pregnancy test”, if you know you’re already pregnant, don’t book an appointment here unless you need a proof of pregnancy document. they have no information to give you you can’t find on google or chat gpt. literal waste of money and time, then they don’t explain what they’re able to do until AFTER you’ve paid, ridiculous.

  The staff was really nice and the doctor helped answer all my questions. And even though I wasn't insured, the pricing was reasonable!

  The best planned parenthood I ever been to. The staff is amazing, down to the front desk people. I used to live five minutes away, but I recently moved 45 minutes away and I still drive 45 minutes out my way to come to this location to visit Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, Thorough and quick. I have been going to plan parenthood’s since I was 16 and there has never been a doctor like her. If all locations were staffed with doctors and nurses, such as the ones at this location, there will never be any more issues. I am so grateful that I have these ladies in my life.

  They do not advise of a copay until you get there. I have PPO insurance. $60 dollars copay is unheard of. Very unpredictable and unprofessional. I refused to pay it. PCP is maybe $20. Last time they ask for $40. Springing a $60 copay on someone is diabolical in this economy. especially when it's the same insurance from last year. They do have fast results for glucose, and all urine and blood work testing however.

  Its unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this at a place I once loved. Tashana Miller is the nurse practitioner here and has always done a great job! I will miss seeing having her as a provider…but after what I have experienced with the front desk and “paid” research I will not be back. Today was the first time ever I was not able to pay my copay of $62 I asked if there was any way I could be billed later but she flat out said no and I explained that I simply couldn’t afford it and no other options were provided she just said they could not provide me care if I did not pay it. As a long time paying patient who has even donated to the company when I DID have the funds this left be deeply appalled. As well the card they gave me as payment for the “medical research” was not activated thus getting declined multiple times at different establishments when its supposed to be “ready for use”. I understand Planned Parenthood in Texas in facing many obstacles but I absolutely cannot believe they denied me care like this and did not even provide other options when I truly needed medical care.
