Gave them a copy of my DL they still put my date of birth wrong the person that performed my drug screen had to correct it. Also the toilet has pubic hairs all over the toilet no cap for the cup the process is very unsanitize. Then I was given a commercial driver form to complete for a UA drug screen

UPS just sent me there without anything. She told me what to do and kept checking on me to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciate a patient person especially these days. Doc was amazing and I will always send more clients yall way. Office is decorated so spookily and I love it. It’s nice and clean, staff uniforms were nice and clean and they offered water and told everyone to be safe because it was raining hard and wet out. I felt like I was the only person there and I appreciate that too! Thanks again and keep having that amazing spirit, the whole staff!
