He went there yesterday for a routine eye exam and was told that if he didn’t purchase his glasses and/or contacts from their business, then we will have to pay for the exam out of pocket. This was unheard of to us being that we have been going to get eye exams and getting our prescriptions to purchase glasses elsewhere at a better rate. Needless to say he walked out.
