While the providers are attentive and kind, administrative processes managed by front staff are notably slow and inefficient. The facility’s overall cleanliness, including exam rooms, also falls below acceptable standards. Additionally, the initial intake paperwork includes questions that appear inappropriate and unrelated to clinical care, such as inquiries about sexual activity with individuals who have been incarcerated.

All of the women I interacted with were so kind and welcoming, but the man who called me back, Ed, was incredibly rude. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn’t even feel safe sharing personal information with him. I’ve been to multiple Planned Parenthood locations and never had an experience like this before. He was so nasty and dismissive that it honestly makes me not want to come back, which is heartbreaking because this has always been a place I’ve trusted for care.
