Upon delivery we were given all the information we could ever need. All our questions were answered completely and patiently. The workers showed us everything the scooter would do. When I first contacted them, I found them courteous and professional while they provided me with the information I needed with building a wheelchair ramp for my home. Mike provided me with many options that could be used in building the wheelchair ramps as well as additional information for me to consider with other aspects of what might be needed in the home for someone who is mobility impaired during their recovery from a major operation. My personal reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the company did not keep some of the materials needed in stock and needed to order the materials which worked out in the end as Mike was able to get the materials needed in the timeframe I requested. If time is not an issue for you for what you are looking for, then I would recommend that you consider Mike and his staff to give you a site visit to hear and see what you need in the Mobility field, then allow him to provide you options with quotes and see if you like what you hear. I am very satisfied with Mike and his staff and the work they completed for me. Kevin
