This was my first time coming in and Savannah gave me a tour of the entire building and talked about the benefits of each type of therapy they offer. I just finished a workout at the gym and came to do the float therapy, and it was so relaxing and such a unique and great experience! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the things they have!

I’ve been enjoying adding red light or compression to my float visit. Staff and owner here are all wonderful! I love everything about the float experience here and the le labo hinoki products to shower with after are so luxurious. I love booking an evening session, I sleep so hard afterwards. It’s become such an awesome reset ritual when I need to destress. Some amenities here can be shared, sauna/contrast therapy would be great to do with friends.
