  I made an appointment here because I needed a new glasses and contact prescription. When I arrived, I was informed that there are no doctors on site, and it is all telehealth. This was never mentioned when I made the appointment. Then I was told that they use a few machines there that are not covered by insurance, so would I mind paying the fee for those exams. I agreed to this. Afterall, I am using my lunch break for this appointment and I'm already here now. After my exam, I settled my bill of over $100 (my copay was only $35) and waited for my prescriptions. My results?? "We are sorry ma'am, but our doctor doesn't feel comfortable writing you a prescription, and they recommend you see an in person doctor for what you are needing." HUH??!!! So I literally paid them over $100 to be told, sorry we can't help you. They didn't even tell me it was telehealth until I got there - no option was ever given. I'm not sure what kind of quack operation they are running over there, but do not waste your money on their fancy machines. Without a doctor, they are aparently useless. Update: After Stanton Optical referred me out to see another doctor, they refused to provide me or my new doctor with the medical records and test results that they did perform. This place is a fraud and a joke. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR EYE HEALTH TO THIS PRACTICE.

  Stanton Optical from the walk to the door to walking out the door was an experience thank you Stanton Optical for your professionalism, top tier customer service and friendly smile and of course holiday cheer! After being treated so bad, disrespectful, rude, and disregarded to say the least from America's So called Best up the street this was a breath of fresh air ...thanks Stanton Optical

  Terrible service. Please go somewhere else. They don’t accept my VSP insurance and it cost me almost $800 for a pair of progressive eyeglasses and sunglasses. I brought them my prescription. The eyeglasses came in incorrectly made. The left lens was way off. They would not check them that they were made properly, but they said I need to go back to the optometrist and have them confirm the prescription. Which I did and they measured that Stanton had made them incorrectly. So I went back to Stanton and they put the order in to have new glasses made. I got notified that they were ready for pickup. The sunglasses were ready (and correct) but the glasses did not arrive and they don’t know where they are. Customer service is lacking. They have broken processes and a lack of leadership to resolve issues.

  Arrived at 9, both my sister and I to get glasses. Girl did not arrive for work until about 9:05. She did not speak, unlocked door and immediately walked into back room. Came back out when a man walked in and she helped him. Then told us to go back there, I had never been here before so I did not know where there was. Very disrespectful and asked about insurance. I then asked if the glasses would be ready and she stated maybe, depends on if you get bifocals or not. I was very disheartened and just told the young lady we would pass. She had another lady walk back there with us and I really am not comfortable answering personal questions in front of others. So that said, men get first service, ladies can wait and privacy does not matter to them. No friendly service, lack of care about privacy and what felt like discrimination to me because I was not male. I would like to think whoever is in charge will use this review for training.
