My only complaint is that I had to wait over an hour to do my urinalysis, which only took a couple of minutes to complete. I understand the “first come, first serve” policy, but I didn’t even see a doctor. I was handed a cup, did my thing, and then left. My business did not interfere with any other patient’s schedules or timing.
