- VBV BDec 28, 20251.0Glasses were supposed to be ready yesterday and they arent. Went to talk to the store and Bryson was very disrespectful and not concerned at all. He blamed the situation on me. He also refused to process my refund. I havent even recieved the product

Wow! Its so rare these days to be treated so wonderfully and kind , he reminded me that are still amazing and kind people in this world that can be so ugly these days. From start to finish she explained the process and she has amazing customer service and made this whole situation less stressful. We had glasses for him within 2 hours and he was able to play his game later that day! I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a primary doctor, I have made the switch to Stanton!!
