- SKShawniebeth Kaiser-MooreJul 23, 20242.0I gave an initial review that was great . When I got there I quickly realized this was NOT a dual diagnosis facility. It didn’t have handicapped accessible doors, it had no security cameras or security staff and it left us unsafe in all aspects . I was gaslit and placated or ignored when I expressed almost Daily that we were not okay. The nursing and tech staff were fantastic. They too were hand tied as it regards their protection. I was promised a safe place to detox and recover . Christina the therapist was a beacon of light in this unprepared facility. I was able to get sobriety . I should have been able to do this properly . I hope that psychiatrists will read this and not subject your patients who are trauma survivors to a place not ready for them . We were Guinea pigs in a fledging program and the answer is : Not Ready to Open. The facility violates many of our rights the state offers for treatment care. Also I came in with a medication that did not get returned and they won’t answe me my calls . The intake information is wrong about even what the facility offers or doesn’t offer . I was cheated and will be seeking to get my money back
