- RCRagged COct 8, 20251.0We have to sit for hours before we get seen. They don't understand how time works. They are ignorant of what a clock even is. Your appointment is at 9 AM, they won't even think about seeing you until 11. Not even a joke. Not one time have they been on time. We always have to wait hours. We have other things to do in life. We don't want to sit in your lobby for hours because you don't know how schedules work. We should start deducting y'all's pay for every minute we have to wait. It's ridiculous how they are always backed up or behind. Maybe realize it's always like that and do a better job of scheduling appointments.

- ALalex lopezSep 12, 20221.0Dislike the fact that the "appointment " aren't respected, been here for 3 hours , all we are told " we'll be with you shortly " smh the seating is real bad not so many chairs , and sadly the ones walking in with a walker w a seat aren't using it , smh ..... and the little computer that asks " leave us a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , " how are we doing" disconnected. This is elderly negligence.
