- DRDesirae Robles3 days ago5.0Let me just say I had a 10/10 experience at this location! I went to another Stanton on 1829 SW Military and it was not the best experience. I should have just went to this location from the start since they were recommended to me. Lo’Shern Diaz ( Brand Manager) , Michelle Shanahan ( Sales Manager) and Sherlyn Villarreal ( Doctors Tech ) are the absolute best! From the moment I walked in they greeted me with warm smiles and had the best customer service and support. They took their time and broke down the pricing for me to see what my best options would be. I appreciate the time they took it make my experience right and better for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

So when she mentioned it I felt a lot better that this place had their customers back. Therefore, I do recommend this place. She has a lot of great spunk but not too spunky where it is fake. - RRReneaNov 20, 20255.0Lo’shern Diaz went above and beyond to help my daughter get a pair of glasses that worked for her. She had broken her glasses and was having such a hard time seeing through an older pair. Lo’shern was so diligent, kind and reassuring to our family. We had our entire family of 5 with us and he kept the peace while he helped navigate through our appointment - her eye exam, the picking glasses and finding out our insurance wasn’t going to cover. He let us know the specials they had on eye exams and glasses. Worked with what we could afford. And because we came in so late .. (sorry Lo’shern..) he stayed late just to make sure she had glasses for school the next day. What a game changer. We are impressed and we will be back for the entire family. Thank you Lo’shern for the best serve we could’ve asked for. Happy holidays to you and family. Side note. The building is pristine, modern and professional. Top notch service and definitly will recommend to family and friends. Hopefully they get to experience a visit with Lo’shern. 5 stars.
