That was able to get my glasses And after I got my glasses, I did something one time and the lens fell out and went right back in a couple days later the Same Lady Jackie helped me by putting the Lens back in tighten them to make sure the lens wouldn’t fall out without any questions asked. Thank you!!

You have many options for your optical and eye care needs, but this location makes you feel valued and appreciated - it truly feels like a white glove service. Katia, my technician, was so informative, helpful, and personable. She helped me find the perfect frames and when I as unsure of what and how many to get, she went over options with me. The eye exam, for contacts and lenses, was thorough and they made sure I was comfortable. During my order pick-up, twice, the technicians jumped up to greet me and were eager and happy to help. The folks here are kind, they have many frames to choose from, and their lens quality if superb. I got poly, anti-reflective, and the darkest option for transition - my frames and lenses look and feel so clean, durable, and CLEAR. It’s my first time with transitions, in 19 years (I’ve worn contacts and am loyal to Ray-Ban) and I left with my new set so impressed. Pay extra for the darker transition - you won’t regret it. Katia remember details from my initial visit - it proves that they truly value your visits, time, and business. Looking forward to making this location my go-to for my family and I. - AGAnna GarciaNov 17, 20251.0Very unprofessional!! The exam is done by zoom, so be aware!!! I was not told that, as I made the appointment. I did not get the accurate prescription for glasses so now I will have to pay again for exam and go somewhere else.. glasses are over priced!

Let me say when they say they take your insurance but it’s a bonus discount do not listen to them ! Someone new helped me and I don’t blame him but the people helping him knew exactly what they were doing my insurance covered 1,000 but i still got left having to pay $800 all this stuff was added that I told them to take off ! After we payed that’s when I got a print out of everything that was charged . The manger she sucked and was no helped and everyone I talked to about this has told me this company has done this to them . So I most definitely won’t be going back to them ever .
