- ZCZoe Cooke2 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if possible. I had given a 5 star review originally but I’ve had nothing but problems with this place and the customer service SUCKS. Nobody knows what they’re doing and they will lie just to force you into buying there. The reason they have so many 5 stars is because they have you do a review when you sit down to do your exam, before there’s any problems. I had my exam in early December and still have not received my contact lenses almost 2 months later and they’re telling me another 6-8 weeks. It’s crazy. First they gave me the wrong prescription and told me suck it up and use them I told them that wasn’t safe for me to be driving when I couldn’t see wtffff. Anyway I hope someone from there bullshit corporate office contacts me after this review smh

Terry was the main person helping me with finding the perfect glasses and answered all the questions I had as well as suggesting glasses she thought I would like which was very helpful. As a college student, this was my first time going in on my own without my parents, so I was honestly pretty nervous. From the moment I walked in, Teri made me feel completely at home and so comfortable. She truly felt like a mother figure to me since my mom couldn’t be there, and that meant more to me than she probably knows. Cierra and Amber were also incredibly sweet and helpful. They took their time helping me pick out frames, gave me their honest opinions, and made the whole process fun and stress free. We even shared a couple laughs because my birthday is 06/07, which is a running joke on the internet right now, and it made the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Everyone was so informative, kind, and patient, which made such a big difference for my first independent experience. Because of these three amazing ladies, I ended up falling in love with both my frames and contacts, and I am now so excited to go back and pick up my glasses. Thank you, Teri, Cierra, and Amber, for being so supportive and genuinely caring. I could not have asked for a better experience.
