I took my daughter here on January 2nd for a contact lens exam. We knew they didn’t accept our insurance and only wanted the trial pair so we could order contacts elsewhere. The visit took almost 2 hours, and we paid $139 for the exam.
Only after the exam was finished were we told that they do not provide trial lenses unless you purchase contacts from them. This was never disclosed beforehand. Had we known, we would have gone elsewhere. My daughter had previously been seen at this same location and received trial lenses without purchasing, so this was especially frustrating.
The manager claimed we were told about this policy, even though both me and my daughter do not recall that. When asked if she was the one who informed us of that info she said no, but recordings could be reviewed by the district manager first thing the next morning, and we were promised a callback. Followed up again the next afternoon and was informed both the manager and district manager were not there, but we would revive a call back once again. As of today, one week later, still never received a follow up!
The most frustrating part is not just the supposed new policy—it’s the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through. If a mistake was made, the least that could have been done was to review the footage and explain the findings, or simply provide the trial pair to resolve the issue.
Being charged for a service without being fully informed of critical limitations beforehand—and then not receiving promised follow-up—reflects poorly on customer service and business ethics. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone!

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this place. My fiancé and I went in before Christmas break to get him some new glasses as a Christmas present since he really needed a new pair and upon calling them I verified the costs of everything before we even got there. The eye exam is $79 dollars and they advertise that you’d get two free pairs of glasses with it. We should have just gotten the exam and ordered from an online store not associated with them because once we got there, the experience just kept getting more and more unpleasant. The ONLY reason we liked that store at all was because of Marissa, but sadly they moved her to a new store only days later. They didn’t have a doctor on site and then we felt pressured to buy more for me which we thankfully declined because guess what wasn’t $79? ALL OF IT. In the end the bill came out to $767.87 which as you can tell is far above the price advertised. Then they try to make you feel like they’re doing you a favor by adding a $30 discount. For what? We don’t know. We had to get them through Acima because there was no way we could afford the glasses at that cost. That being said, they only give you 3 months to pay the whole thing off before they start adding on interest. Fast forward to the pick up day, I got his first pair and upon taking them home he IMMEDIATELY noticed that one side was longer than the other because they didn’t adhere the ear piece correctly, he was managed to fix them, but chances are we are going to have to take them in to get them fixed eventually if the quality matches the professionalism. Then he received a text two days ago stating that his second pair were ready for pick up only for me to get to the store and have them triple check with me because they misplaced them. When they finally did find them, they only then informed me that they were in fact not ready. That the lenses came in too big and needed to be taken to another store to be shaved down because they would not fit in the frames otherwise which was again frustrating, but I said okay, asked for an ETA and was told the following day, if not, FOR SURE Thursday (today) I call them and they just told me that they still have not been taken to the other location and that they definitely will take them at some point today, but didn’t give me a reason as to why it hadn’t been done yet. Overall, this experience has just been comical in the worst way. I highly suggest paying a little extra to get your eyes checked elsewhere and then buying your glasses online or from literally anywhere else. Hopefully the glasses will be ready at some point tomorrow and if any warranty work needs to be done, we will be taking them to a separate location. Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. I absolutely should have walked out when they told me the price of everything. You would think that for that much, they’d be going above and beyond for their customers.

I came in to browse the selection of glasses and I was not disappointed. Right off Marissa welcomed me with a warm smile and a friendly greeting! While looking through the vast variety of frames, Marissa also informed me that there is a buy one get one promotion right now amongst multiple others deals going on. I will definitely be back at the beginning of the year to get my frames!

They tell you to leave a positive review which is a major red flag… i definitely did not want to make any type of purchase here. long story short they talked us into this scam and the price of glasses is advertised as 79$ for 2 pairs which they need to update to 1200$ for 2 pairs no matter what your prescription is it'll be above this price. THATS NOT ALL though like I said these scam artists are not going to let you leave so they will start off at the top price and drop it down to more than 75% of the cost they started with. When online it is still way much cheaper for a better quality product and way more lenses to choose from. my lenses were 1600$ and after I told them I didn't wannna make any purchas with them they talked in private and came back to say 1200$ and after more time telling them I don't want there product they had to bring little short miss piggy to say that "this is the best price you'll ever find with the type of prescription you need" and then even brought the price down to 750$. I then said that I can definitely find them way cheaper online for 2 pairs of name brand lenses she than said that 405$ would be my final price!!! What type of scammers are these people. My grandpa is a veteran and they said they would even give him a veteran discount but they didn't even ask for any proof or to scan his vets card to claim the discount which would've brought the price down to around 360-380$. and remember folks they told me that even with insurance that the price is still very high and that it won't help they WANTED MY MONEY The same day an would definitely not let me leave without taking my elderly parents money from them. The sad part is that my grandpa believes in honest folk still are alive an that a doctor and manager won't lie to a WW2 veteran. but this lady definitely had no morals or integrity and would have let him pay 2000$ cash if I was not there to help them. Don't let any elderly people anywhere near these scammers and thieves and on top of that my mom went the next day and they charged her over 800$ after saying that the original price was 1600$ they obviously went down to 800$ to make you feel obligated to pay for their rip off scamming service and it was for the same prescription as mine that I purchased the day prior and also they were the cheapest lenses advertised an what they had available and after the MANAGER she scanned her card my mom wanted a refund and they said they weren't able to give her a refund even the manager would not let my mom get a refund saying that it was out of her range of things shes able to do so we are waiting for a call back from her boss and someone else higher up than miss piggy because she obviously just wanted my mom to open a new bank card because they didn't accept cash payments and also didn't accept any of the 5 other cards my mom has. my mom is still waiting 9 days later for a call back to get her refund that they don't want to give to her because she feels and KNOWS that they just rip people off and make you feel obligated to buy and pay for they're scam services. this place likes to take advantage of anyone and everyone with insurance and EVERYBODY who is middle and lower class they will suck you dry and not have one regret or any moral obligation towards or they won't feel sorry for overpriced services they offer you and they won't feel sorry for the lies this company give everyone. So please whoever is out there wanting to shop at this company DON’T they will scam you and make you feel inclined to spend money at there store. oh and on top of that my probably prescription pair of glasses make me see blurry the doctor they have on zoom face call showed me and let me see through multiple lenses and when I was talking to him I saw 100% clear through the glasses he said I would be getting and after they dropped the price over 1100$!! I'm sure they felt obligated to give me a prescription that was messed up just so that I would have to go back to get scammed some more at there store Anyone needing glasses DO NOT shop here.

Came here as internet search confirmed my insurance was accepted and it was open late (it was in fact out of network) as my kid needed Same day glasses. No one explained how the process worked, I was met by a lady who acted like it was annoying that we even came in. We sat around for a long time waiting for the exam to happen. Once we had the exam, they gave me the cost of my kids glasses (over $1000) and I was like “what?!” And they said they could get it down to around $500 but his prescription is really high that’s why it didn’t qualify for the special. If I didn’t want to buy them I had to pay for the exam we just had (that wasn’t explained to us). I picked out my glasses (supposed to be 2 for 80 bucks). They rang up for almost 300, once again “what?!. Oh it’s actually cheaper if you don’t use your insurance. Like okay, take my insurance off then? And someone should explain this to customers whenever they come in. “Oh no one explained this to you?” Now it’s a week and a half later and I get the notification that my (same day hahahah) glasses are ready. We drive over here. They are not ready. Sitting here for 20 minutes and was just told that they don’t have either of our same day glasses. Apparently mine have been misplaced and my kids are still in transit. I will literally never come back here and recommend no one else does either. I was expecting to pay $160 for four pairs of Same day glasses, like what’s plastered all over their windows, and needed up paying over $600 for three pairs of glasses that are over ten days late.
