- JOJasmine OdomNov 13, 20255.0I went in to get some new glasses. They have a wide range of options for frames that are also affordable. The employees here are attentive, friendly, and helpful. I did my eye exam on sight same day I walked in with a doctor over a computer which was really convenient. I also got my glasses sooner than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone needing glasses. Many thanks to all the lady’s there!

Each part of our transaction was a red flag very scammy but my daughter needed glasses. They were supposed to be ready Monday. After reconsidering I called first thing in the morning to tell them I did not want the glasses made and I wanted a refund. We were told the manager needed to call us back. I'm not sure why Belinda could not refund my money she told me she was the manager. After waiting all day I spoke to Jackie the General manager. She asked me all kinds of questions about why I didn't want them and she could get me a better price. REALLY? Because if you could why wasn't that the price to begin with? When I demanded a refund she said "no the district manager would need to call you back" I am calling my credit card company on these people. I'm sorry if you have to go here and this what you think good patient care or customer service looks like.

If you don’t have eye insurance they have plenty of promotions that will help you get the vision you need. There’s also financing options you can apply for in store. If you’ve been waiting for better vision try this location. You can call to book your eye exam. This store has been awesome from first customer contact to ongoing customer care and service. All staff are friendly and booking an exam was easy. Prices for contacts and glasses are great. I spoke with Jessica earlier today for info about ordering contacts. I came in later on to order my contacts and received great customer service from Jessica and staff.
- JJjtez221Nov 4, 20251.0One the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I was in this store for 3 hours and never received a prescription. First you don’t really see an optometrist. He’s basically st a remote location and you’re getting directions through a screen. After waiting for almost three hours I was told that they could not get a prescription for me until tomorrow. Again there is not really a doctor in the office at all. No one called me the next day. I walked in myself and they told me they couldn’t give me a prescription. No reason why! I paid $80.00 and walked out with nothing.

My optometrist recently retired and I had no idea what to do. I looked online, saw the good reviews, and decided to go for it and hope for the best. Needless to say, the experience was easy, super high tech, and I feel like I have 2 new best friends because Jessica and Belinda are above and beyond accommodating, helpful, awesome women that know their job and how to do it at high excellence. We had great conversation while they helped me get my made to order contacts (because my eyes are the WORST)ordered& explained everything as kind as can be. I hope when you decide to make an appointment you get these 2 ladies helping you because I now feel I found my new home for eye care !!!! 30 stars!!!!☆☆☆☆☆ * I do want to side note that im not sure how expensive contacts run but leaving with a bill of almost $1000 was shocking. They do have a credit program that you can sign up for that has no interest in the first 3months so make sure you pay it all off because the interest skyrockets after that.
