  I initially called Planned Parenthood for an IUD insertion. Staff was friendly over the phone, but what i loved was the in office treatment. From the first conversation I felt incredibly at ease. Typically any kind of OB/Feminine type of appointments make me incredibly nervous, but the provider was extremely helpful, patient and most of all considerate in explaining everything she was doing. I was incredibly comfortable and while my first IUD insertion was incredibly painful this second one wasn't, I don't know if it was the lidocaine injection or the Tylenol I took beforehand, but it was a smooth process. They even encouraged me to take my time sitting up, and getting ready to leave the room, they offered me water, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely loved the accessibility of the services and how quickly I was able to get an IUD. I would reccomend Planned Parenthood for contraceptive needs!

  From the front desk to the back of the office A M A Z I N G! They have such a wonderful, understanding, caring team! They are so supportive and kind always making me feel so safe and worry free . I absolutely LOVE this location.Doctor Marie is so wonderful, very knowledgeable and so informative.Lydia in the front desk is very sweet and kind. Daisy is sweet and very formative and Big S/O to Melissa she is way beyond amazing, I was super anxious and she talked to me , claiming me down reassuring me things will be okay and get better , such a amazing and sweet person I can not thank her enough! Overall the best experience and such an amazing wonderful staff! Thank you thank you and thank you! Outstanding team going about and beyond for there Patience’s

  I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am and arrived at 11:25. When I got there, the entire staff was already on a two-hour break and I was told I couldn’t be seen until 2pm. I wasn’t even late. I ended up having to go to a completely different clinic. It was disappointing to have an appointment and still not be seen especially for something important.
