  Just started coming to this location the ending of August. The staff is awesome. I came in for a pap and to get some blood work done. This turned into something much more and greatly needed due to my negligence for my health. Thank you so much! I'm glad I choose Planned Parenthood and this location!

  There should be a option for 0 stars. Not only am I going to HR about this but I am letting the public know also. The experience I had with Richland hills drive was terrible I went inside with my appointment starting at 3:30 and there was no one sitting in the front. Finally, Ashley the receptionist calls my name and immediately ask for my payment, I then ask to get a blood test to get a accurate pregnancy test before I get my birth control shot just to make sure I was fine before hand and Ashley, the receptionist asked if i had tooken one before the appointment basically suggesting I didn’t have to take a test and trying to convince otherwise. I ended up waiting the 45 minutes to get my results back and I hadn’t been checked on once , The doctor comes in and immediately ask where i want my birth control shot and mentions nothing about my results that i’m paying a extra 70$ for, I then had to ask her the “professional” what my results were and she responded with “negative if it was positive i wouldn’t be in here” obviously in a very sarcastic way. That threw me off completely. As she’s putting the shot in me she then says “this arm is probably gonna hate you for poking it twice” knowing in my records it shows this was my second birth control shot . She goes on by saying I have to take a test before going in, considering this is a place where this type of stuff go down. She rushes me out the room into the lobby. These are the ladies we’re supposed to trust our body’s with ? i’m a 23 year old young women who should feel comfortable in this area field. Word to advise to the DOC and receptionist if you don’t like having to guild young women and women in general find something better to do. Thank God for the patience i’ve have grown to not mouth them off and put everything in black and white (: .

  The call center lady was super sweet, thought I’d give them a try despite the reviews! Worst experience ever! Not only was the whole cost thing not accurate ($150 for sonogram) the ladies in front seem like a bunch kids. Very unprofessional! But the doc came in, she couldn’t find my uterus, my bladder or anything!!! It was the strangest most uncomfortable feeling! It’s questionable the licenses these people carry. Save your time and money .. go else! ACW was wonderful and FREE!! Look them up!

  This was my first visit to a Planned Parenthood and I will definitely be back. All the staff were professional and friendly. I felt like all my questions were answered with care and patience. The waiting room, restroom, and procedure room were all clean and tidy. The space felt welcoming and open. I had an implant placed at my initial appt - no back and forth booking. Barely felt anything! I will definitely be coming back here for future appts.
