  Kristina candi eli and Judy, all the sweetest of hearts. I had a wonderful positive experience here. They are genuinely caring. the other reviews seem to express only impatience, wait times can be higher than desired, but understandably so, as business is business. These ladies do what they can and help you with a smile.

  Had my implant removed and it was a great experience overall, everyone was super nice, the lady who removed my implant was very patient and polite with me and explained everything that was happening before and after the procedure.

  Staff was nice but the person who did my actual annual pap didn’t give me any solid advice or seem concerned that I could feel a hard lump inside my vagina for 3 months with pelvic pain. She couldn’t feel or see it so she dismissed my symptoms and said to only come back if I have symptoms of infection when I had previously went to emergency room for extreme pain that spreads to my groin. the hospital told me they couldn’t feel the lump either nor could they see it on transvaginal ultrasound and recommend I follow up with an Ob which planned parenthood was only place I could find. Also, she questioned my knowledge that I was hpv positive 18 years ago (2007) as if I was lying or mistaken information, when I even got warts froze off that year! I could have something malignant but the fact they don’t even want to further investigate my symptoms speaks volumes. Will definitely be on the hunt for a gynecologist who takes my symptoms seriously as planned parenthood is limited on what they can do or knowledgeable about.

  I have been going to this planned parenthood for about a year now every few months for my testosterone prescription which they have always been so kind and friendly. I recently decided I wanted to be off T but I wanted to go back on Birth Control. I set up a Telehealth appointment since I also moved to Seguin to talk about going back on BC and off T. My appointment was at 4:15, I hop on call at 4:13, was at the waiting room then it said my appointment was canceled so I called the clinic and they told me “At 4:20 we cancel the appointments if patient doesn’t show up.” I told them I was there since 4:13. They apologized and they were able to send the new link to a new video call for this was on them and told me to hop on. I am now on the call right now in waiting room since 4:28….it is now 5:02. They close at 5. This is very disappointing as I have been coming here quite a few times, it’s hard getting off work recently for the hours since they are not open on weekends. I can’t keep pushing back days for appointments I had this time in my due to also I can go back on BC for certain reasons.
