They are genuinely caring. the other reviews seem to express only impatience, wait times can be higher than desired, but understandably so, as business is business. These ladies do what they can and help you with a smile.

- BPBee PatchouliNov 5, 20253.0Staff was nice but the person who did my actual annual pap didn’t give me any solid advice or seem concerned that I could feel a hard lump inside my vagina for 3 months with pelvic pain. She couldn’t feel or see it so she dismissed my symptoms and said to only come back if I have symptoms of infection when I had previously went to emergency room for extreme pain that spreads to my groin. the hospital told me they couldn’t feel the lump either nor could they see it on transvaginal ultrasound and recommend I follow up with an Ob which planned parenthood was only place I could find. Also, she questioned my knowledge that I was hpv positive 18 years ago (2007) as if I was lying or mistaken information, when I even got warts froze off that year! I could have something malignant but the fact they don’t even want to further investigate my symptoms speaks volumes. Will definitely be on the hunt for a gynecologist who takes my symptoms seriously as planned parenthood is limited on what they can do or knowledgeable about.

- ASAlexis SantosMay 28, 20215.0Just had my yearly exam and IUD removed. All staff were very friendly and I felt safe and able to relax during my visit. I would advise you to do the online check in at least 30 minutes before, as it takes a few minutes. Definitely recommend this facility.
