- PPPikapikachuNov 8, 20251.0Came to this place with a friend and let me tell you this place is so rude , staff didn’t say hello back and the older ladies in the front desk absolutely hate their job and shows unfortunately. Literally was there almost 2 hours even though we were first.

The follow up I waited for half an hour to be seen and he told me to schedule pt. My “release” appt was scheduled a week prior where I was told, come back after you go to pt so we can release you. I show up today at 10, I am not seen till 11 when for 2 minutes total the “doctor” talked to me and told me because he wasn’t an MD he couldn’t release me. So I have to make another appointment. This feels like an insurance scam, I know they charged be for those two visits when I wasn’t even seen or given any medical advice. Waste of time and money.
