I’ve had persistent issues with a tooth I got a crown on it was swelling and sensitive to the touch it felt like nerve pain(I couldn’t eat on it for days) so I called the office I thought maybe it was another infection and their only response was “you got a root canal so you shouldn’t be feeling anything in the nerve.” Clearly I can feel something!! They were unwilling to help me they insisted that If I wanted anything done to talk to the root canal office they referred me too. Now the root canal office is saying I need a referral to go see them and the dentist at royse city dental refuses to schedule an appointment so I can be looked at. Ultimately they are just unwilling to take any accountability and meanwhile I’m in an intense amount of pain. Will never be coming here again!

Royse City Dental Care was at the top of the list. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily with Dr Hutchison. The Dr and his staff made me feel comfortable, I have an aversion to dentist(drills), and were able to let me know I needed to schedule a consultation with an oral surgeon about my wisdom teeth. They referred me to one of their associates. Thank you.

I had a coupke extractions today an im 6 hours out an no pain already which means he knew what he was doing I want to say thank you to Eric an staff for an amazing experience an hope for a better new smile in the future ❤

The office staff is top notch and explained the entire process and gave me a plan on what to expect on the procedure and cost. I give them five stars, I’d give 10 stars if I could!
