He stated explicitly that he would test patient for their concerns. He then made the patient Google what they would like to be tested for, then stated they could not do that. When asked why, he stated he wanted to know what the patient was thinking ??? Overall, 0-10 experience. Patient waited approximately 2 hours for discharge papers after receiving zero treatment.

Could not even walk after a 150+ package fell on my foot and concentra wanted to send me back to work with restrictions instead of a few days excuse from work to allow my body to heal. This is not my first time with concentra; another time I rolled my ankle and consentra’s response was still ….. go back to work. Firmly believe there is a back door hand shake no matter how severely you get injured at work, consentra’s policy is send the patient back to work.
