I called and made an appt for my child. Appointment was confirmed. My insurance company called to confirm and get the code for the treatment that was going to be given. They told my insurance company repr that they will be closing on Monday and to let me know to find another dentist. I called repeatedly and couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls. This is the most weirdest encounter I’ve ever experienced with a Dr’s appointment. They didn’t call me or emailed me to let me know that they canceled the appt. I talked to someone in the area and was informed that they are not closing, that it has to be on a personal level the reason they did this.

I received my mouthpiece today for sleeping at night. The staff was very thorough and helpful to make sure I understand how to use it and how to adapt to it quickly and efficiently. Such a nice group of people to visit and assist me with my dental needs.

When it was six Day dental it was so much easier to work around your schedule and still get your teeth taken care of. Now Ortho runs the schedule and you only get one week out of the month to squeeze your kids into their braces appointment. It's ridiculous last time I checked the customer should be the one being catered too not the orthodontist. If he's overwhelmed you need to hire more. Went from feeling like a warm welcoming neighborhood establishment to feeling like I'm walking through a Walmart.. next.. next.. next. The level of professionalism is going out the door the level of customer service is long gone out the door. Now we're just like chattel we're just another number. You were 6 days for a reason. Now I feel like my money is being held prisoner because I can't take my business elsewhere. Soon as the treatments are done I'm out I have nothing good to say about this company now that it was bought out by another.
