- OOOlaDec 26, 20251.0My experience today was unbelievable. The sales manager and I were in a negotiation about 2 frames I had gotten in March and both frame fall apart in less than a year. I walked into the store and was in negotiations with sales manager and brand manager on the phone to my surprise a technician with the name Elly Huandy walked out from no where grabbed the phone off my hand and acted like a wild cat even threatened to call the cops and started screaming at the top of her voice. For someone who relocated from England , I could not believe how an employee would treat a customer and the brand manager who had responsibility of leading a store would allow an employee treat a customer like that. Please don’t go to this location Brand manager has no control over her employees .

When I arrived at the location they informed me they only offer online exams and do not accept insurance and are out of network. This is misleading and felt dishonest it wasted my time and disrupted my schedule. Misleading and dishonest.
