- SWSharon WilsonMay 18, 20211.0I am frustrated because of errors in our aids pay: pay being skipped, pay not the right amount, charge backs that are incorrect, emails and phone calls are passed onto a manager who never responds or if they do, they can’t do anything. I question if they are embezzling money from the state and counties. You have to pull teeth to get documents and they drag everything out until it’s passes 45 days and then don’t pay at all because it’s been too long. They need to be reported to the state and every negative reviewer join a lawsuit against them. Just a horrible business.

I have dealt with Consumer Directed Services Agencies for more than 6 years and have never had problems like I do with this one. So far I have been with this company for two months and they are unable to get my employee's direct deposits set up correctly, so instead of receiving their pay in their checking account on time, my employees are waiting approximately 4 days past pay day to receive their checks in the mail. In addition to this, every time I speak to the company about doing something to take care of my employees in the ways I am accustomed to with previous FMSAs, I get told "I can't do that", "Our company doesn't do that", "We can't". All this company knows is how to tell you "no". They are NOT customer service friendly and they do NOT know how to properly interview the family to find out what the Employer needs and how the Employer wants to run their budget. They simply try to cookie cutter you into the shape they want you to be instead of being consumer oriented and taking care of the consumer. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. I have filed complaints with DADS regarding this company and I am in the process of changing to another company that hopefully will be more consumer oriented. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company!
