The website is a nightmare and one that has caused much stress for those of us who are trying to manage time. I have called to ask clarification but the staff simply says it is above their paygrade. So unfortunate that the time periods are no longer predominantly displayed.
- SWSharon WilsonMay 18, 20211.0I am frustrated because of errors in our aids pay: pay being skipped, pay not the right amount, charge backs that are incorrect, emails and phone calls are passed onto a manager who never responds or if they do, they can’t do anything. I question if they are embezzling money from the state and counties. You have to pull teeth to get documents and they drag everything out until it’s passes 45 days and then don’t pay at all because it’s been too long. They need to be reported to the state and every negative reviewer join a lawsuit against them. Just a horrible business.

My check has came out short 4 times in a row and they STILL have NOT fixed the issue nor paid me out smh. Ever since they switched to "EVV" it's messed up everything. I'm constantly having issues with my paycheck. They don't explain anything to you. You're lucky if you get an email response. It's ridiculous, how is this business still up and running.
