  Booking was a breeze.. appointments are always on time without any wait (if you go on scheduled time). Got 4 different PA’s on my 4 visits for my 2 kids and treatment was good too.

  These people are HOTRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! I went there thinking its Childrens health which its not! I took my daughter for cough, shortness of breath, wheezing.. She couldnt sleep all night..and the nurse practitioner or PA she didnt wear a badge but she wore annoyance and arrogance all over..she didnt even spent a enough time to listen to her lungs.. Said its just allergy everyone is having. I asked for breathing treatment as my daughter had same episode b4 and nebulizer helped. But the lady denied to prescribe anything said she is fine just to continue use the inhaler she is already using.. As if she wanted to get rid of us..Today I took her to another cook children and guess what. My daughter has strep positive, another cold virus positive, wheezing positive and prescribed breathing treatment, antibiotic as well as steroid... Just wish this place would’ve cared and swabbed them for everything at least. Nurse or dr doesn’t matter they need to care more they chose that field unless it was for the money.

  We had to take our 2 year old daughter on a Friday night after our pediatrician had closed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone made us feel at ease and they were able to keep my daughter calm during her visit. I was very happy with our visit and would use them again if we needed a pediatric urgent care again in the future!

  Giving 3 starts just because the place is nice and clean and the lady at the front desk is so nice :) but I took my girls like 4 times in a week or two because one was sick first then the other got sick and the nurse practitioner I think nurse Shelby she kept saying what was my concern I was like well they’re sick they have cough but she would say that’s normal that it’s just a cold wouldn’t test them for anything. I feel like she was annoyed because I kept going but trust me I wasn’t going for no reason just to waste my time I know my kids and they were really sick. Yesterday I went to another urgent care in Frisco for kids by target because I was like I’m not going to the other one they’re just going to say the same thing and she was there too lol I’m guessing she works at both but she said the same thing a cold. so I finally decided to take them to children’s hospital last night and guess what, they both have RSV. I knew it wasn’t just a cold. Just wish she would’ve cared and swabbed them for everything at least. Nurse or dr doesn’t matter they need to care more they chose that field unless it was for the money.
