The doctor didn't want to test my son for anything and pushed us to give him honey as a more holistic treatment because she prefers to refrain from medications. My son got worse over the next few days. We followed up at our doctor at Prosper Pediatrics and he tested positive for Flu A. Children's Health PM is incompetent and negligent.

- ERElizabeth RiveraFeb 6, 20241.0I left with raving reviews of this place. Then went to see an orthopedic doctor 3 days later for my daughter and they completely misdiagnosed her. They took X-rays and wrapped her up in a soft cast and splint saying her arm was broken. By the time the ortho saw her that Monday, she said her arm was just dislocated and had been like that for 3 days………. They also were rude to my husband giving side eye to him - they were nice and offered a popsicle to my daughter and my oldest to keep them happy while there. The office was clean- but lazy research- lazy doctors

Everyone made us feel at ease and they were able to keep my daughter calm during her visit. I was very happy with our visit and would use them again if we needed a pediatric urgent care again in the future!
