I have insurance now but when i didn’t i believe it’s only the Dallas location that offers sliding scale for uninsured patients. So just be aware of that if you are uninsured so you aren’t surprised by high costs!

Both times to get the arm implant. The first time was very professional, minimal discomfort and no pain on the insertion, never had any issues. Came back to renew my implant. I had worked myself up, incredibly anxious that it was going to painful. All the staff were so kind and considerate, and I found out they offer different support resources like hot/cold compresses or dimming lights. Just having my irrational fears validated and to be treated like a person, I felt very supported instead of embarrassed or an inconvenience. The procedure itself was painless, quick, and truly over all pleasant as she kept light conversation. Sincerely a 5 star experience. Thank you so much.
