- STSara TNov 13, 20255.0They’re always nice to me at this location and I’ve had zero negative experiences. I have insurance now but when i didn’t i believe it’s only the Dallas location that offers sliding scale for uninsured patients. So just be aware of that if you are uninsured so you aren’t surprised by high costs!

- NANoah AlticeOct 20, 20255.0I rarely write reviews, but I want to share so that someone else may visit and have as great an experience as I have had. Second time coming back to this location. Both times to get the arm implant. The first time was very professional, minimal discomfort and no pain on the insertion, never had any issues. Came back to renew my implant. I had worked myself up, incredibly anxious that it was going to painful. All the staff were so kind and considerate, and I found out they offer different support resources like hot/cold compresses or dimming lights. Just having my irrational fears validated and to be treated like a person, I felt very supported instead of embarrassed or an inconvenience. The procedure itself was painless, quick, and truly over all pleasant as she kept light conversation. Sincerely a 5 star experience. Thank you so much.

Its $263 for a partial STI panel and a rudely cold dismissal when low income with no insurance is mentioned. This place will not help you unless you are a pregnant woman (and even then, based off other reviews, they are not kind or helpful or understanding. On the contrary they are rude and offer unwanted opinions)
