I arrived with legitimate pain and concern about a potential injury, and instead of being listened to, I felt rushed, dismissed, and pushed back to work before my body was ready. I explained the burning, tingling, and weakness in my arm, and asked for proper imaging because I was worried about making the injury worse. The referral for an MRI was denied immediately, without a real explanation or even a conversation about my symptoms. I’m not someone trying to avoid work — I wanted to heal and return safely. But every step of this visit made me feel like my well-being was secondary to getting me back on the job as fast as possible. Healthcare should be about care. I didn’t feel cared for here.

The annual migration of every trucker (2yr migration if your in your 20's & don't eat Takis) to the doctors office for medical recertification. This was my first time visiting this Concerta location ...so I was skeptical. I have visited a couple of locations in the Garland and Dallas areas years ago, AND HAVEN'T RETURNED! I am pleased to say that I will be returning to this Plano location next year! Everyone was friendly and professional which helped to take some of the stress out of my visit. From the front desk receptionist, nurses and Doctor I was treated GREAT! THANK YOU!
