Not only did they have someone who seemed inexperienced attempt to draw blood in three different places, she also had dirty needles all over the tray she was using, and then she didn’t draw blood for one portion that was ordered (because she “forgot”) forcing me to be further inconvenienced to come in the next day again. Will never come back to this clinic. I recommend if your work goes through Concentra, go to a different location.
