Dr. Mevelline Lim is absolutely lovely, as are all the staff we interacted with during our visit. My children are neurodivergent, and although the information they have about autism isn't as up-to-date as I'd like, she's a very good listener who never dismissed my knowledge on the subject, which is invaluable to me. My children felt very comfortable with the care they received, so even though it's quite far from home, we will continue to visit Dr. Lim regularly.

Dr Preetha Kandyswamy is the best, she listens and talks to the patient! Both my boys love how compassionate she is and she is honest about nutrition, screen time and how important doing well in school is for their future! We have been coming to this office since boys were newborns and they are 11 and 13 now!!

I have a doctor who retire for my daughter. Since then i found different experience.
1. Nurse are not good - meaning Have to take body measurement (such as head circumference, height and weight) multiple time for correct measurement. Measuring multiple was a hassle for small kid on every try because have to go through un-dress and baby cry while do so.
2. Nurse are not professional - Have to draw the blood from my daughter for specific test, but nurse were not able to do so in multiple attempt. I know for baby it is hard to find the nerve, but that's why we are going to the professional, right. Matter of fact this is not an issue. I was stopping nurse while they are trouble finding nerve, but nurse was explaining to me of hard to find nerve and keep tweaking niddle and re-poking niddle to my baby. She was crying so bad and i can't even see her in that condition. Later on I told them to stop and asked them to refer to children hospital rather.
3. Don't feel good with the new replaced doctor as well. Don't suggest or advice or talk much better way. Just provide an answer what been asked. Don't feel positive vibe
4. Hard to schedule an appoint at the time of need, normally have to make a trip to children hospital and clinic rather
5. Lastly, in the schedule appointment there was no vaccine which came to know after making a trip to clinic and waiting in line for several hours, and asked to make another appointment. Should have told while confirming the appointment a day before so that we don't have to make a trip and and re-schedule an appointment
I would not suggest anyone to go to this clinic group. Even i used to have a good experience but not now
