I went with my sister to take my nephew to get checked we were all nervous not knowing what all was going to happen. Once we got in we were greeted by the front office, the girl that check us in was a Hispanic young girl and one of the sweetest persons we have encountered in a clinic. She greeted me and my sister and even acknowledge my nephew who is autistic. While we waited to be seen we watch and heard how she interacted with every parent and child that came in. Her compassion and care for everyone who comes in is felt you can just hear it and feel it by how she approaches you. We didn't catch her name but she's the hispanic young lady who seems to be the only one who speaks Spanish.

Wasn't impressed with this place at all: front desk lady was nice, the first nurse was horrible and had the worst bed side manner and kept mumbling to herself (I couldn't really hear what she was saying and she was really slow with everything. It almost seemed like she didn't wanna be there). Dilated my little son's pupils and never came back until I asked how much longer we'd have to wait. Comes to find out that they were not dilated enough because he cried so much and those eye drops did not work. Had to put them in second round by another (more professional) nurse. The wait time was sucks (one of the worst I had to experience especially with a small child). The doctor was nice though but she referred me to an optical place where they were kind of rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place and won't be taking my son here anymore.

Worst place ever, they treat you like trash if you have CHIP, I still pay for the insurance and they act like I have no insurance for my son. My son suffers from a degenerative eye disease and they have done nothing to help him. I definitely do not recommend 😑 It's a shame so many Doctors forgot about the hippocratic oath they took. Now, as a new doctor, I solemnly promise that I will to the best of my ability serve humanity—caring for the sick, promoting good health, and alleviating pain and suffering.
All Doctors care about now is money 🤑💵

1.) Their text message confirmation tells you to come 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. My 2 year old and I got there and were told to come back in 15 mins or wait. Why not just fix your text message? You serve a pediatric population, it’s hard enough to get a toddler out of the door already. It will save both of us time.
2.) The medical assistant who did our intake acted like she had better things to do. She kept sighing and looking at her watch. She was very cold and should not be working with children.
3.) This clinic requires ALL new patients to be dilated yet this was NEVER relayed to the parent. The appointment can last 2-3 hours. The child will be impacted by the dilation. Direct quote by the medical assistant: “he will complain that he can’t see for a few days”. If we were told about this required procedure we could have prepared our child and ourselves better. We obviously did not consent and will be going to a clinic that values their patients’ time.
