We had a very disappointing experience at this office. We drove an hour and a half to make it to an 8:00 AM neurology appointment, but unfortunately arrived just a few minutes late due to traffic. There was no way to call and notify the office since they don’t open before 8 AM.
Despite our effort to get there as quickly as possible, NP Mariam was not accommodating and refused to see us. What made it even more frustrating is that patients are often expected to wait 30–40 minutes past their scheduled appointment time without issue, yet they were unwilling to extend the same understanding to us for being a few minutes late.
We value punctuality and respect for others’ time, but that respect should go both ways. This experience left us feeling disappointed and unappreciated as patients
