Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Dr Thomas was very kind and took her time. Wonderful experience for our daughter who was very nervous about her appointment.

Great experience. It was easy to find the office, check-in was smooth, everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful, no crazy wait times. Dr. Goyal was wonderful. I saw a lot of negative reviews and I was nervous, but I didn’t have any issues. He was very knowledgeable, made me feel confident in choosing him as our provider, and he was great my with 7 year old.

Their front desk is pretty bad. I asked if I would have a copay and if I could take care of it that day. They said well, we already checked the appointment out but ok. They ended up creating a new appointment and having me pay. Well guess what happens next…I get a bill for the original copay!! And no one will call me back in billing. I have the receipt from that day. I have the bank account statement. We were seen once. Check the chart. This is ludicrous and a good billing department would catch it.
