Dr. Goyal was wonderful. I saw a lot of negative reviews and I was nervous, but I didn’t have any issues. He was very knowledgeable, made me feel confident in choosing him as our provider, and he was great my with 7 year old.

They said well, we already checked the appointment out but ok. They ended up creating a new appointment and having me pay. Well guess what happens next…I get a bill for the original copay!! And no one will call me back in billing. I have the receipt from that day. I have the bank account statement. We were seen once. Check the chart. This is ludicrous and a good billing department would catch it.
