I called my insurance and the representative spoke with them and explained that my insurance was active and I should not be turned away. He couldn’t resolve anything, the receptionists didn’t even try talking to a supervisor. Were uncaring while they see that I was sick. They don’t care for patients only looking out for their own benefits. Never would I ever recommend or visit.
