  Sadly I bought 3 pair of glasses 2 of brown and 1 of blue. I paid $756.27. I had to discuss my options with my PCP. I have leukemia which presents medical issues I have tests and maybe help with my vision problems. So, I only took two away with me. I was not charged $50.98 plus $286.36. I was charged $50.98 plus $418.93 for the two pair. they say this is how their system works and they cannot change anything at the store level. The choices was to not accept any of the glasses. And get full credit. If reordered two pair I would pay $50.98 plus $286.36. Something doesn't add up. I would be careful in dealing with them I am not sure they can be trusted. I had used the in the past with great success and so had my partner James Boanerges.

  Both my son and I went here for glasses and we both were singing these ladies praises when we left. These ladies have by far the best personalities, and customer service skills I've ever seen in my life. I highly recommend them. Beautiful souls. Big hearts. Great attitudes. When your 12 year old boy comments on it....that's something.

  I originally gave this place 5 stars because my first experience was good — they installed new scratch-resistant lenses in my old frame, same-day and at a fair price. But after my recent visits, my opinion completely changed. A few months ago, I bought two new pairs of glasses (distance and reading), both with new frames and scratch-resistant lenses. Within a few weeks, my new distance lenses already had a small scratch, even though I take very good care of my glasses. When I went back and asked about it, one of the women there started asking me question after question, almost as if trying to find a reason to blame me — did I wash the lenses, what cloth did I use, how often do I wash the cloth, how do I dry it, etc. I’ve worn glasses since childhood, and I know how to clean and handle them properly. I honestly answered that sometimes I use the cleaning cloth they provided and sometimes a soft cotton T-shirt. The moment she heard that, she immediately said, “Oh, that’s it — the shirt scratched it,” and dismissed the issue completely without even taking a single look at the actual lens. If a soft cotton T-shirt can cause scratches on a “scratch-resistant” lens, then clearly there’s a quality problem. Also, when I asked them to slightly adjust the shape of my new frame (it was too flat), she bent it forcefully without heating the material first. That was very unprofessional and could have damaged the frame. Only after I pointed it out did she use the heater. Finally, my wife had an eye exam there. There was no physical doctor on site — the exam was done remotely. Then they said they suspected she might have glaucoma and referred us to another clinic. When we called that clinic the next day, we found out the test would cost $265. We decided not to go. Later, my own eye doctor confirmed she does not have glaucoma. If you can’t be certain about something that serious, you shouldn’t be doing remote exams. Very disappointed. My first experience was good, but these last ones were enough to make me never return. They are not solution-oriented at all when it comes to helping customers after a sale. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  This place has the worst customer service, you should hire more employees and not have your customers wait just to pick up items.
