  I came in, looking for something better and Victoria helped me. She is amazing , with lots of experience and knows what’s best. She helped with all my questions and showed me what size of glasses I needed. She also advised me that you can’t just get glasses because they look good; they also need to fit your face.

  Muy mala experiencia sobre este lugar. No se lo recomiendo. Pongo una estrella pero debería ser cero. Les cuento mi terrible experiencia. Soy paciente miope de muchos años. Llamo hacer la cita porque algo me preocupaba de mis ojos. Cuando llamo pregunto si el doctor hace fondo de ojo y examen completo ocular y me dicen que si. NUNCA PERO NUNCA me dijeron que toda la consulta incluso el examen de optometria era por tele y la cita del doctor VIRTUAL (nunca Lo vez). Después de un largo proceso durante el examen para obtener mi prescripción me dicen que no pudieron llegar a la prescripción exacta. Me recomiendan unas medicinas ( que no eran baratas) y que debía de pagar alrededor de 250 dólares de la consulta y que debiera ir a ver otro optometrista qué haga consulta FÍSICAS. Entonces me fui de ahi como mismo llegue, sin diagnostico, sin receta de lentes ni contactos. Falta de HONESTIDAD desde el momento que se hace la cita. Y allí solo te ofrecen otros servicios para cobrar más. Me dan una lista de proveedores físicos de salud. (Me estarían cobrando la lista de doctores???) que decepción me fui triste pues somos Seres Humanos con una dolencia de salud importante. Incluso les digo que traigo una receta anterior para que verifiquen y les sirva de ayuda y NO, no pueden usarla. Pero tampoco pudieron hacerme una. PARA que te hacen llenar una serie de información online que no tienen encuenta en la consulta. Que no puedes discutir tus preocupaciones con el doctor porque el doctor no existe. FALTA DE HONESTIDAD TOTAL. NO LES RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR.

  Very displeased as how this stablishment carry on business. When I made the appointment they fell to inform me that they have a VIRTUAL EYE DOCTOR and not an in person doctor to conduct the exam. If the doctor feels that the exam didn't work out, you are still charge $80 for the visit. I as and adult had a little trouble following along with the exam, that I'm glad I cancel the exam for my kid. Then once they process the whole order for my glasses they inform me that my glasses would be ready til the 29th!? Mind you, I had mention to them that I needed them by today or tomorrow. I was trying to get the special of 2 pairs for $80 with free eye exam. But I had to cancel my glass order but still had to pay the $80 for the exam. I took my prescription and business somewhere else, they had my glasses ready in less that 50mins and I only pay $50 for one pair of glasses. Also there was an older gentleman before me trying to check in with the intake person, he kept telling her he could hardly hear her or understand what she meant by virtual service, I bet he ended up having a bad experience too.

  This is the worst place I have ever had an eye doctor appointment or purchased glasses. The exam was a joke.They got my prescription wrong, And these are THE worst quality frames ever!!! Both glasses broke after spending a day outside with my kids, the plastic was melting in the sun and made the “metal” at the hinges snap, and I say “metal” because I can’t find a metal binder that will put the back together…. Plastic binder on the other hand…..
