  Did a walk in for a pre-employment drug test. Staff were friendly and professional. The service was fast. In and out in no time.

  Worst urgent care every I hurt my back and was sent here and they made me wait in a room for 2 hours and she wanted to see me back the next day with an appointment and I have been here for over a hour and still have not been seen! They rather get the physicals done than take 5 minutes to just do a check up

  Waited 2 hours in the Waiting room, then I was taken to a room and waited another hour. I then asked how much longer it would be they said “30 minute wait” This place wasted my morning.

  I visited this location for a pre-work hearing and visual test. From the time I stepped inside everyone was super friendly and professional. The check-in process was fairly easily and I was called back shortly after registering. The lady I met with was nice, sweet and professional. She guided me to each station informing along the way. The only complaint was the wait time, which is pretty standard it seems. At one point I almost stepped out into the hall to make sure I wasn't forgotten about...but the doctor stepped in just before I made the move. She was super nice, informative and professional. She put me at ease. Great location.

  I went for a pre employment Physical fitness test, and drug test for a new opportunity. It was then, I was turned away for them being underhanded, even though I previously spoke to a representative approximately 45 mins to 1 hour prior who SPECIFICALLY said they’d be able to take me that day, he also asked his co worker as well to make sure they could handle it. It was then I politely let him know I’d come back that Friday following thanksgiving since they were open. I showed up again, and unfortunately they declined me again for not having someone to see me. Then finally for a third time I planned and went, made it through the front desk!! And then went about my drug test as usual with him, which I’ll say was chill, and professional, he’s a good worker I think it’s just poorly staffed. I’d also like to mention the physical fitness side of things was great! It was all comfortable and orchestrated, very professionally. Overall the staff at the front desk were okay when it came to the front desk, the gentleman that was in Front and my person for the drug analysis was very good at that portion as well. Same with the fitness auditor, she was on point at her job.
