The kind & welcoming gesture makes one comfortable. Keep it up sir for maintaining calm despite some days you are overwhelmed by numbers. To Dr. Gill thanks for your expertise and professionalism. I looked forward to every visit both for the physical therapy and docs visit. WHY? The doctors took time to listen and explain clearly my injury condition. I appreciate the transport offered by the hospital as Uber cost was minimized to zero for the visits. Did I mention the general cleaningness from the floors, washroom, physical therapy equipments& the docs waiting rooms? It's wow! Well maintained with no bad odour. Healing is both mental and physical. From the bottom of my heart, thanks Dr.Gill and your amazing team at Northlake Alliance Concentra for making my healing process easy and fast.
