- JBJim BlauserFeb 18, 20215.0I have been a patient of Tracy Weaver, FNP, at the NRH Medix Infusion Clinic for two weeks. Tracy guided my wife and I through the infusion process in an uplifting professional manner. Throughout the 2-week process she was readily available, called to provided lab updates knowing my anxieties, and promptly returned calls as my Urologist office was closed during the bad weather. Tracy weathered the snow/ice storm to be onsite each day going beyond the call of duty to serve her patients. Further, she arranged independent of my Urologist's closed office, to have blood/etc test coordinated with the lab so as to expedite a consultation with the Urologist in a more timely way than to wait for their offices to open, order the follow up test, etc. I value all our dedicated healthcare professionals and especially Tracy, as she is a role model to her peers!
